Circul’Egg is a key player in the valorization of by-products from the food industry into ingredients for other sectors. In a circular economy approach, Circul’Egg gives a second life to eggshells from breaking plants (factories that supply the food industry with by-products).

Internship description (the tasks, responsibilities, benefits) :
Due to its rapid growth, Circul’Egg is looking for its future R&D Process intern to work alongside their R&D Process Manager.
The intern will be directly involved in the development of a new technology for one of the unit operations in our process.
The tasks will include:
- Development of a new industrial process for the separation of eggshell membranes;
- Planning and managing communications with various partners involved in process development (equipment manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, technical centers, etc.);
- Developing a testing protocol for technical solutions;
- Writing test reports;
- Contributing to process industrialization by conducting ad hoc studies (cost analysis, quotes, etc.).
Desired student profile :
Proactive, pragmatic, and meticulous, you are comfortable with the challenges of R&D. You are eager to enhance your skills in process development and contribute to the creation of new techniques for valorizing co-products from the agri-food industry. You can work independently and are proactive in suggesting improvements.
Balancing scientific methods with entrepreneurial challenges motivates you.
