Marina Arias (Emilia-Romagna Region) explored the role of training and consultancy for employees in the agricultural and forestry sector, while Elisa Alberghini (Tech & Food Academy) presented the model of academies for super-technicians, highlighting the importance of highly specialized training courses for the agri-food sector. Lastly Giulia Gambuzzi (Ruralset SRL) discussed the skills needed for farm management 4.0, with a focus on new technologies applied.
The meeting underlined how the digital transition is not only a technological issue, but also a cultural change that requires increasingly prepared and up-to-date professionals.
