The MAIN mission of L’Atelier du Ferment is to bring back an ancient beverage that is not only delicious but also full of health benefits: Fruit Kefir. To achieve this, the entire team of 15 people is working hard to make it available to as many people as possible through over 1200 points of sale in France and abroad! As part of setting up an efficient documentation system and following the numerous process changes that took place this year, we are looking to formalize and optimize our production and packaging processes. This internship aims to support the team in formalizing the production and packaging procedures that will ensure better performance, consistent quality, and optimal resource management.

Internship description (the tasks, responsibilities, benefits) :
Under the responsibility of the R&D/Process Manager and in collaboration with the production and quality teams, your main tasks will be:
- Analysis of existing production processes: Observe, understand, and evaluate the current processes in the production and packaging workshop.
- Creation of procedures: Write detailed procedures for each production step, taking into account safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Awareness: Ensure proper application of procedures by the operators.
- Follow-up and adjustments: Participate in evaluating the implementation of procedures and propose adjustments based on field feedback.
