Position summary :

Short Description of the company / lighthouse farm :

EUfarms+ is an Erasmus+ program which aims to structure a European network of learning farms inorganic agroecology. This project, coordinated by EUfarms and its partners in five European countries, is based on the peer to peer learning, the production of educational tools, and the promotion of inspiring farms who practice organic, diversified agriculture focused on on-site processing.

Internship description (the tasks, responsibilities, benefits) :

Profile sought : 

● Student (agro, educational engineering, political science, rural development,
communication, design, etc.)
● Interest in organic farming, ecological transition, non-formal education
● Good writing and organizational skills
● Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a variety of profiles (farmers, researchers,
European partners)
● Spoken and written English / French
● Experience with layout software or collaborative tools (Canva, etc.) is a plus

Missions

The intern will support the team to contribute to the animation of the network and the promotion of
participating farms:

● Production of farm portraits: interviews, writing, translation, formatting and bilingual
publication (FR/EN)
● Creation of a bilingual educational tool (FR/EN) for future immersion learners
● Participation in the organization of Erasmus+ consortium meetings (logistics,
communication, process)
● Support for the facilitation of two peer learning sessions in partner farms
● One-off contribution to the program communication: newsletters, social networks, support
for partners
