Entrepreneurship & Acceleration Program

Are you ready to boost your technological business in the agri-food sector? The AgriFood4Future Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Program is your gateway to starting your entrepreneurship journey. Over a 5-month period, you’ll get training, on-going guidance from mentors, and international exposure to catapult your business to success.

Our program consists of 4 essential phases:

1. Training program

• Entrepreneurship Do’s and Don’ts
• Funding Opportunities, Fundraising, and Investment Readiness
• Marketing Strategies
• Business Model Canvas
• Building the Right Team
• Legal and Regulatory Aspects
• Intellectual Property

2. Acceleration program

• Teams will be matched with a mentor
• Development of a Go-to-Market Plan with on-going mentor feedback (8 weeks)
• Online session: How to Make a Great Pitch
• Pitch development and refinement with on-going mentor feedback (2 weeks)

3. Online Demo Day

At the end of the program, there will be an online Demo Day. Teams will present their projects to a jury, and the best two teams from the Entrepreneurship & Acceleration Program will be selected.

4. In-person Demo Day

Teams will also get the chance to join an in-person Demo Day at the end of the Entrepreneurship & Acceleration Program. Here, they will have the chance to network and showcase their solutions to a broader audience.

Who is it for?

• Entrepreneurial teams and startups in the early stages (TRL 2 to 6).
• Master’s, PhD or VET (Vocational Education & Training Centers) students who are developing a solution in alignment with our strategic focus areas.
